Nvidia app can't retrieve settings?

I bought Cyberpunk and somehow the app cant see settings... i can't change most things either,  and yes i did play and save the game so the Nvidia app should see my settings? 

 

Only other game where it says the same thing is Marvel Rivals, which i haven't played at all (so that makes sense ig)

 

Is this a known bug (for Cyberpunk)?

not yet cause i just installed it with the new drivers... how'd you go about reinstalling the app only?

On second thought not sure you can, I would just try DDU and reinstall

Same issue for me with every single game besides marvel rivals. Idk why. New 4070 super was installed on a fresh os about a week ago.

I had that problem.  There were some temporary files I removed that fixed it.  Then I moved a bunch of data around (replaced a drive) and it is doing the same thing.  I haven't gotten around to deleting cache yet.  It is not everything maybe 20%.
