Unbuffered and Buffered RAM

Afternoon all

 

just been looking at some RAM for my build and wanted to get some Corsair Dominator RAM and i noticed x2 different Latency stats "HERE".

 

Looked around for more information about Unbuffered and Buffered, read a little about it but is didn't really answer my question about this particulate Ram.

 

Is it Unbuffered and has the ability to be Buffered (Registered) ?
