I bought the commuter backpack and am not that happy with it. I actually find it frustrating because it's on the small size. My cheap Roots backpack seems roomier. Anyhow, the returns page says it needs to be returned with all the original packaging. I still have the box and the cornstarch plastic bag it came in, but the air pillow that was on the inside was popped by my kids. And by my kids I mean me.

Does anyone have any inclination that the return will get rejected because it's missing the internal air pillow?

Playing a bit of devil's advocate (also just curious by nature):

I am not a savant in the realm of backpacks, but it seems returning for size incompatibility could have been avoided by analyzing the dimensions provided on the backpack's Product Information tab. Is there a chance the dimensions provided were misleading or is it more like needing to try on a pair of shoes before you know if they fit right? Maybe some combination of the two or other factors? While they are 99% likely to accept your return request w/ little hassle. I was just exploring the morality of the situation. The larger the item, I would assume the larger the burden of processing the return.

Dreaming of the day when my brain cell doesn't betray me.

I saw the dimensions and saw the comparison to the original backpack which seems too big. I figured it would be fine because it seemed spacious enough in the video.

This is more like trying on shoes. I take a certain shoe size, but not all shoes from different brands fit the same way. I may only need size 10 or 10.5 with Skechers but need size 11 with LA Gear.

I find the bag itself doesn't have enough volume as well as it feelings small on me. The straps don't extend out enough to be comfortable while wearing a jacket.

Giving general reply. They won't refuse return if non-branded packing material is missing. That would be stupid ruling to make. You can replace most packing materials with crushed newspapers. The point of air bag is to keep product in shape, so it looks better when arriving.

Store support will be able to clarify when you request return label.

I made the request and let them know that the air pillow was no longer alive. I am just waiting for their response; I know they are busy so I am not in a rush.

I have purchased a ton of stuff from LTT Store and this is the first thing that has been disappointing. It's a great bag, just not for me. I carry too much stuff to and from work I guess.

What wave were you?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
