What CPU?

I currently have bought a Gigabyte Z97M D3H. I got a 8GB kit of Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 1600MHz and a Corsair RM750 and the CPU has not been purchased yet. The graphics card is a little special because I will be swapping my 780 between my two rigs. The CPU I was thinking of is the 4670K but it is a little bit expensive. what i5 would you recommend(I know it won't be unlocked) that is good enough for that system. Main use is gaming.

Get an unlocked chip since you have the Z97 board. Do you have a Microcenter around? That's where to go for a 4670K.

I do not want an unlocked chip because the only store that sells the retail has the 4670K at 225€. That is very much to ask for it. I am looking at 4440,4460,4570,4590 the prices are 160,170,175,185 accordingly.

Then go with I5 4570 because 4590 is not worth the 10 euros difference...
