If a 360 radiator is mounted on top, will all the 5.25 bays still be usable?

i'm looking for a case that can support a 360 rad on top and at least 3 5.25 bays for an ODD, a fan controller, and an NZXT Hue controller

Towards the end he goes through the different radiator options. I'm pretty sure a 360 requires the 5.25" bays to be removed, and probably the 3.5" bays and the stealth cover as well.

Maybe the top 5.25" drives would be unusable while the bottom could still be usable. But I suspect they all have to be removed.
