Customised resolution?

hey so I have a broken TV which works perfectly but the upper inch and a half doesn’t work. I was hoping to connect my laptop to it and use it for some purpose but I was wondering if I could do customise resolution like in Nvidia control panel for Intel? I try to find some videos on YouTube couldn’t find anything that worked on mine. Any suggestions on how to do it? My laptop has an Intel pentium gold processor

When tinkering with resolutions and refresh rates, avoid having similar or repeated profiles or else you might get black screens/unstable images and be forced to go through the annoying process of doing safe boots
