Arc B580 question

Hello guys, so I am building a system for a friend's son. My friend says that his son likes to play Fortnite, Rocket League, and, in general, FPS games. Anyways, it's not my first time building my rig or someone else's. I want to ask how good is arc B580? I mean, I know how good performance is. What I want to ask is how stable it is. My friend and his son are not tech-savvy, and if problems occur, I don't know if they will know how to sort it out. So yeah. I mean I have 3 options: RX 7600, RTX 4060, or Arc B580. The prices in my country are 310 euros for the RX7600, 335 euros for the RTX 4060, and 350 euros for the B580. I want your opinion on what is the best to do. I mean, I told him if he wants to wait, Nvidia just released the 5000 series, but the answer was no. So yeah. I know that the RTX 4060 and RX 7600 are okay cards, but that 8 GB of VRAM really bothers me. I heard good stuff about the Arc 580, and I would like your opinion, guys. Since I am budget limited, should I take ARCB580? Anyways, please tell me your best suggestions and opinions.

What is the budget and refresh rate? The B580 does not pair well with older CPUs, but for FPS games it would make sense to pair it with a r5 7500f/7600, which would get you high FPS, and wouldn't bottleneck the GPU like older CPUs for some reason do

This is a list you can do for around 900 euros if you can buy the 7500f on aliexpress for cheap, any less and you should get like an intel 14/13100f

Don't pay 350EUR for the Arc B580. It's supposed to be cheapest one of those 3, not the most expensive one. At this price it makes no sense. You can probably get the 16GB RX 7600 XT for the same price.

Forgot about that lol, in thst case a used rx 6800 or even 6800xt is the best option

Buget is around 800euro. Yea sory for not stating buget before. I think its 1080p 120 or 140hz. I am not sure ehat kind of monitor dose he have. His dad told me to buy him pc. Yea I was thinking of going with r5 7600 I mean his dad told me that if I go out of a buget a bit it would be fine so yea I migjt get away with 900euro

I checked and nope rx 7600xt in my country is 390euro. Yea I know that It should be the chepest I don't know why it isn't

Damn, that's way too much also. I'm seeing the regular RX 7600 8GB in stock starting from 260EUR here in Slovakia. And RTX 4060 at 300EUR.

 

 

If you worry about 8GB of VRAM limitation which is a legit consideration these days, maybe check the price on RTX 3060 12GB instead?

I am from croatia. Hello neigbor. Yea but what I chould find was 305 for rx 7600, 335 for rtx 4060, and 350 for arc b580. To bad. I am amazed how much price is diffrent.

Still kinda pricey but the RTX 4060 and RX 7600 are only around 18% faster so it's not like being an older card makes much difference. The 12GB VRAM certainly helps a lot more than the 18% more performance on the 8GB cards.
