Hey was planning to buy samsung 811d? its around 499,- euros is this a good buy or what is other recommendations?

I don't really have any recommendations in that price range, however I am not a huge fan of Samsung audio devices. I would personally go with a JBL or Boss.

People typically don't recommend soundbars on this forum since we're a little elitist and prefer to use dedicate (bookshelf / tower) speakers for audio solutions.

 

I only have experience with Sonos Beam gen2. They're expensive, but if you can get them for 20% off, they are worth the price. Their official website has a refurbished section, and they have an eBay storefront for the refurbished stuff to.

 

Otherwise, just pick what whatever JBL or Vizio soundbar package is in your price range. The Bose soundbars are frequently available on sale as well.
