RAM boot issue

I build my pc then when I checked my ram speed it was only 5200 (my ram is rated for 6400) so I thought it was xmp I when into bios and enabled the EXPO profile then my ram as only running at 3600 and I thought it was the setting called memory multiplyer or some setting like that so I changed it to 64 saved and restarted my pc and it just says boot failure detected with three buttons, load optimised defaults then boot ,load optimised defaults then reboot and enter bios but I cant click any of the buttons what should I do ?
