Budget ($2500-$3000):

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: high end games, virtual machines and rendering/3d design

Other details the rest of the parts don't really matter at this point in time but I want to know wich of these cpu I should or even should I go with a different.

Any reason you are not considering AMD?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Idk I've always used intel so if it ain't broke don't fixit

Some might argue that current Intel are broke. 😀 The 15th gen still seem to have performance issues in gaming. Although Intel keeps promising these will be fixed with the next microcode release.

Of the two CPU the i9-14900K offers better gaming performance.

That is tough to answer without knowing what else you want in the build. My first thought was a 9800X3D, but that probably won't fit your budget. The 7800X3D and 9900X are reasonable choices. But the i9-14900K tends to have better pricing and excellent performance.
