Hi All

I would love some help. My centre GPU (EVGA 3080Ti) fan makes a horrific noise. I sent it for RMA a year ago and they could not replicate the issue and sent it back to me. After they sent it back the issue seemingly went away until now... I recently upgraded to a 1440p monitor from a 1080p monitor. I play a lot of call of duty and I am obviously pushing the GPU a bit harder now with the higher resolution. Additionally it is hotter as it is summer. My computer is crashing a lot when I game and I believe it is due to my GPU temps. COD warns me of high temps and I can see my GPU hot spot approaching 100 degrees on HWmonitor.

Any ideas how I can fix this issue? I have cleaned out my PC of dust with compressed air. I have attached furmark results (which seem low given the GPU and CPU combo 12700k) and a video of the noise the fan makes almost instantly as I run the test plus a HWmonitor screenshot (note this is after running for less than 30 seconds and the computer being just booted)...

Thanks :)

New fan. The noise is most likely caused by a worn out fan bearing.

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.
