Anyone have the misfortune to own a crappy rgb keyboard from these idiots? I can not get my multimedia keys to work properly, anyone know how to do this?

Did you install and setup G Hub? If so did you check for a firmware update for the keyboard? My last keyboard was a Logitech and I needed to manually update the Logitech app to G Hub when it released in order for my macros and multimedia buttons to work again. If you're not on the latest version of G Hub or don't have it at all it's a mandatory program for their nicer keyboards.

yes ive got that g hub firmware is up-to-date and no options on there to alter the media buttons.  It's dreadful

Turns out that forward means next track and not speeding up the progress bar on a media player
