Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: for most modern games. specific games i would like to run well are: Helldivers 2, Modded minecraft, Monster Hunter Wilds (when it releases)

Other details : i currently play on an old hp omen obelisk i purchased long ago, specs include 1660 ti, i7-9700, 16gb ddr4 ram. i play with a 1080p monitor but might consider going to 1440p once i upgrade

That NZXT case will require extra fans. Arctic makes decent fans that are less expensive than Noctua fans. That case I posted requires no extra fans as it includes 2x140mm front intake fans + 1x140mm rear exhaust fan.

 

If you want RGB then I would look at something like this. This case includes 3x140mm front intake fans + 1x140mm exhaust fan. Low profile RAM so that the heatsinks don't impede that dual tower cpu cooler.
