PC sleep CPU temps high!

Hello,

Recently I've built a system with an X870 Aours Wifi7 Ice + 9800x3D, the AIO that is cooling it is Lian Li Hydroshift TL LCD. 

The problem is whenever pc comes from sleep the CPU temperature skyrockets to 96° and then the fans kick off to maximum but it takes about a minute or two for it to drastically drop the temperature to idle 45°.
I've tried plugging the pump into CPU FAN header and CPU OPT, same thing happens, tried reinstalling Connect L3 software, even enabling ErP in the BiOS settings for I don't really know the right reason.
I'm worried the CPU will get damaged if this continues so I've disabled SLEEP but I would rather fix this problem. Please help! Thanks.

Have the same isue with exactly the same hardware. Also wanna know whats wrong

Seems its not only me, I've posted about this a few months ago and still have no answer
