Power Supply issue!

Hello out there! I don't know if this is a right forum, but I have some issues with my pc build! Have recently upgraded my power supply to a corsair RM750x. But now my computer won't start up anymore. I have a ASRock a320m-hdv as a motherboard and have bought a new one as well Aourus 520 ATX elite but have not tested it yet!

I have all the cables right all! And the funny thing is when I switch back to my old PSU corsair cx 500 the computer starts up normal, and I have tried the paper clip thing on my new psu and the fan starts for a second and then it won't spin.

Have I bought a wrong psu from the beginning and will my Aourus 520 motherboard work white the corsair RM750x?

Sounds like you got a bad PSU from the factory or you messed something up. Try checking that every cable is inserted the right way.

Did you change out all the power cables when you installed the new power supply?

I did swapped out to the recommended type 4 cables!

It works whit the paper clip thing! And I have power on all pins 12v 5v 3.3v and ground!
