B580 availibility

I have emails for EVERY SINGLE B580 gpu under $280, and they still disappear immediately after restocking. I'm gonna do some not-forum-safe stuff to all the scalpers buying these up. I'm trying to build my first self-selected/made pc, and greedy idiots buy up every card before I can get to it. IM FREAKING MAD!

I preordered mine from gigaparts.com but the B580 is now listed as out of stock.  I would keep an eye on them though.  They seem to be the only retailer that will let you preorder when they are expecting a shipment to come in.  

 

I believe I put my order in December 30th and just got my tracking number for delivery this Saturday, January 11th.  Which is right in line with what they listed as the expected availability/delivery date when I ordered.  

 

Oh, and no mark-up on the cards they offer which are two different ASRock cards.  The Challenger and the Steel Legend.  I, myself, bought the challenger which was USD $259.99 and $280.79 after tax.  Shipping was free.

 

Now I am just waiting on Plex to fix the HDR tone mapping issue with Intel GPUs.  Until then I am gonna hold on to my P2000 and run the B580 in my main so I can compare its performance against my 3080.  I have already run the A310 and A380 through their paces and was extremely impressed by their performance per watt.  Especially because with almost every encode the CPU was never touched while Nvidia runs the CPU (5900X) pretty hard while itself using a lot more power.

Welp.  It appears the cold weather has delayed my delivery.  That bums me out.  Had it came yesterday I would have had several days to play with it.  Now there is no delivery date listed, but at least the last city it was in is only an hour away.  So hopefully it gets delivered tomorrow.

@AnderWolfe31 Did you check out gigaparts?  Still listed as out of stock, but you can set an alert and then hopefully a pre-order when you get your alert.  As opposed to having to wait until they have units actually stocked.
