Don't you already have a hard drive? You could re-use it and get an SSD to boost things up.

What form factor is your case?ATX or mATX?

If ATX then :

CPU:  AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor  (£101.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard:  Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  (£91.00 @ Amazon UK)
Storage:  Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£35.94 @ Aria PC)
Total: £228.93
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Also, you'll probably want a CPU cooler. As always, CM Hyper Evo 212 is suggested. It's 25 pounds,so the total cost of the build would be £254.38

i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz (Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo); ASrock Z87 EXTREME4; 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3 RAM @ 2133MHz; Asus DirectCU GTX 560; Super Flower Golden King 550 Platinum PSU;1TB Seagate Barracuda;Corsair 200r case.
