Game loading multiple times before actually loading

I just built my first pc and I had no problems with the build and installing windows, but whenever I try to open R6 the game opens and closes about 6-8 times or takes about 30 secs to open, before fully loading. Is it a problem with the game file? Or my OS? My build is an MSI B650 gaming plus wifi, 4070 ti super and ryzen 7 7700x if that helps.
