is that indicate a problem?

or it's normal for chipset to be around 60 degrees celsius?

as you see all the rest are around 40 degrees(including GPU and CPU)

for cooling I use Corsair H115i for the CPU and to draw heat from case as exhaust

and also one fan at the back as exhaust

should I put 3 fans at front as intake?I know it's negative airflow cuz I have only exahust

The tempature is fine.

But if you don't have any intake fans I would highly recommend adding fans to the front of your case.

Components need air and without intake fans you don't get any fresh air.

thank you for quick response I will add 3 fans at front as intake,I have another 3 spots for fans at motherboard tray so just in case I get in hot problem I will add 6 fans as intake 🙂

No problem 🙂

3 intake fans should be more than enough. No need to over complicate it.

With 3 intake fans you should be at a slight positive pressure with a Corsair H115 on the top and 1 rear exhaust fan.

Since the fans on the Corsair H115 are pushing / pulling through a radiator they are limited a little bit.

Positive pressure is good.

Just add 3 fans on the front and you are good to go 🙂 No problemo at all.

yeah, with only negative airflow you're relying on air to find it's way inside the case, which means every gap and spot where exhaust fans aren't is where the air will be drawn from,

this can actually in some cases make the case's insides collect more dust, or collect it more in those corner spots
