Enabling virtual machine platform question

if I enable virtual machine platform, can virtual machine guest host speed up? I don't want to use vmware workstation

Enabling different Windows Features won't magically speed up guest hosts - this is largely dependent on how the guest hosts run on your hardware. More information about the different Virtualization Windows Features is explained here:

Ok, is it ok if i can use virtualbox when i enabled Windows Hypervisor platform?

Yup - I flip flop between VMWare and VirtualBox depending on how well the current version of each happens to be running on Windows.
