motherboard Random problems after starting up the PC

Hi, I have an issue that rly bugs me for 8 months already. It does not occur every time, but every other day when I start the PC, after I open discord and I try to play something, my mic stops working, the sound gets static, and even if I kill all the applications, windows starts to move like crap, the mouse feels like is losing speed and also skips some frames and the pc generally freezes for milliseconds.

 

What I tried to do to fix it:

-changed from windows 10 to 11 to 11 PRO- same thing

-changed the storage from silicon power to Samsung 990 PRO -same thing

-changed other drivers -same thing

-updated the Bios many times-same thing

PC-specs 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 5.0 GHz

GPU : Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 TI Super WINDFORCE OC 16 GB GDDR6X

RAM : Corsair VENGENCE 2x16 DDR5 6000MHz CL30

MOBO : ASUS TUF B650-PLUS WIFI AM5

SSD : Silicon Power 1TB and Samsung 990 PRO 2TB

CPU COOLER (AFTERMARKET) : Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120

CASE : AMANSON PC CASE

PSU : MSI MPG 850W Gold  

 

I am hopeless at this point and I am unsure what exactly is the problem, the last thing I am thinking to do is to change the MOBO to a better on and use my trusty hammer one the old one. PLEASE HELP ;-;
