TinyWall alternative?

I was going to add the entire folder of a software as exceptions so it isn't blocked (there is a bunch of .exe files) but I don't see a way to add the entire folder with this firewall, so do I really need another firewall to do this? geez. Of course I could click one by one on every .exe file I guess but that is just nuts. Is there a super simple firewall that does the same thing as TinyWall that is open source that lets you add many files at once?
