I am looking for help with building or buying a budget PC for IRacing. I am not very knowledgeable about PC so I have been left frustrated trying to figure this out and figured I would come here to see if others can help.

500GB NVME is terrible value, and arguably you install 2 modern games and that drive is almost full

• You can drop the MB to the MSI if you don't plan upgrading to considerably more powerful CPUs in the future
• If RAM is out of stock, you can just get cheapest 2x16GB CL30 6000Mhz RAM

OP said he is only going to be playing a race sim game, nothing else. 
 

750w psu is very overkill, the updated build I have uses only 355W

It's not about wattage, you present similarly expenisve PSU with less wattage, there's nothing wrong with having more wattage, quite the contrary.

Ya lol, I was making this list at 12 in the morning and I forgot that CA pc part picker shows you CAD prices so I assumed that it was in usd(1500cad=1000usd)the whole time hence, me trying to go as cheap as possible.

The 7600 comes with a decent cpu cooler. The models above it don’t.
