Is the drive encrypted (bitlocker or the like)? If it isn't you should just be able to plug the drive into the new system and copy everything over.

If the drive IS encrypted you could move that SSD back to the old computer, boot it as normal, and copy data off from there.

Did you format or reinstall an OS on the old SSD or are you wondering about moving the data off before you install a new OS? It would be nice if you could give us more details.

I'd like to move the old data off especially things documents and stuff like that, don't really care about about programs and games. It appears as though it's all saved under Microsoft reserved space so I'm not able to access it directly.

Was the storage in the computer setup using Microsoft Storage spaces in a virtual raid? Or in raid via the old motherboard?

You could also try to boot from that drive; Windows might be able to boot even if it is connected to a different motherboard/processor. If you can get into Windows you should have a number of options to copy the data off. Barring that, just set up your old system the way it was previously and just boot normally to that drive.

If neither work, more information about your old and new setups would help us understand the problem.
