Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I do not need peripherals I have been gifted them. This is my first PC but I was aiming for some 4k gaming ok with 45 frames and 1440p and 1080P gaming.

I have only ordered the 7900 GRE at MSRP but feeling iffy about it just because everyone in my circle was suggesting a 4070 super. In my defense I was trying to budget a little. The Motherboard, RAM, and CPU are part of a Microcenter bundle I opted for the motherboard upgrade option just because I've heard some bad stuff about the default board.

I am opting for a 9700x over a 7600x3d because it is currently cheaper and I also wanted to do 1080p gaming and other CPU intensive tasks. Ideally would've preferred 7800x3d but cost is too much rn.

I know the power supply might be overkill but I'm fine with paying 20 more bucks for a better PSU. Everything else I've chosen from recommendations.
