I don't think any of us know how much availability there's going to be, nor how much demand. I'd just order one when sales open and wait for it to arrive. Also keep in mind we're not in the middle of a pandemic anymore.

Neither the official launch date, sales date or availability of partner cards is public knowledge at this point in time. Are you that desperate for a new card that you must have one on launch day?

Yeah wanna play new games. Not have pc now. And there is no sense to buy 4090 now.

There could be sense in buying a 4090 whenever the 5090 launches, depending on how much of a performance uplift it brings and how much the price of a (used) 4090 drops as a result. Besides, you don't need a 5090 to be able to play games.
