Lan issues?

i have a Giganyte b650m ds3h and lately i been having lots of disconnect issues and i dont know whether to attribute it to windows or my mobo's lan port. i have reinstall drivers and windows many times and the issue still persist and its even more noticeable while downloading any games on steam. any thoughts or any help would be greatly appreciate it?

Yup I've had a few routers crap out on me over time. Good thing to check.
