New pc

I am going to build a pc that is under 800 dollars, I already have the storage and cooler and I want something that could be intel b580 or used 3060 12 gig I am fine with used parts or Ali express but nothing that is a used motherboard. Any suggestions?

b580 is much faster than a 3060 heck its closer to a 7700xt/6800 or 4060ti/3070 so at a cheap enough price it might be outright better than buying a used 6800(xt) considering its a new gpu with similar performance
