Need help troubleshooting

I was building a PC over the weekend (7600X, B650 Eagle AX, 4070 Super Eagle, 32GB 6000 TCreate Expert, 750W pure power) and the VGA LED was on the first time I tried to post. Great, I'll test the card. Put it into a different system and it boots right up. The next day when I go back, I put the graphics card back in, and it boots. Within 2 hours, after installing windows and getting a few games downloded, I move it from the kitchen to the room it will be in and plug it in. Doesn't turn on. The VGA error light is back on. Unplugged the GPU cables and made sure they were fully connected and it still didn't work.

 

What should I try next.
