I want to use Windows 8.1 but everyone i know says that is very irritating.... that you must have a microsoft account... for every aplication... and small irritating stuff like that.... (a friend had to use a second skype so he can login with outlool email...)

You don't have to have a M$ account, you can use a local user account like Windows 7.

it's really not that bad

other than the metro UI and having to switch videos and pictures to open in the non Xbox branded apps, it's standard windows with a flatter look and better performance in games over windows 7(except Dirt from linus' tests)
