Does any one know about a place to change iphone 5,5s and 5c screens and back housing to color in Warshington DC that is cheep??

I would recommend doing it yourself if you want to cut labor cost's.  What kind of iphone is it and what color?

You could see if you can find a phone shop on the street somewhere and see if they could fix it for you because they usually do them a lot cheaper than Apple.
