Weird thing is that is only happens when 1 area of the screen is moving.

Earlier is updated my bios to solve another issue (which it did) but after this flickering started. I knew this could be a driver issue so I updated my drivers and it went away for abit but came back later when I was watching YouTube. I fully reinstalled my GPU drivers using DDU. Didn’t work. Tried a different DP port. Didn’t work. And now just tried a GPU reseat. Made it even worse. It’s not a huge issue as I’ve not noticed a performance drop and doesn’t happen when I’m in a game and on top of that I don’t use my PC for YouTube (where is most commonly happens) much. My main concern is that now my GPU is a time bomb and that I’ll eventually have to replace it which I absolutely don’t have the money for. I’m still gonna try other cables and other solutions but my hopes are not high.

Screw you Cyberpower PC have had nothing with issues with your PC since I’ve had this. Building it myself next time.

Build info:

CPU - Intel i5-10400F

GPU - RTX 3060

Mobo - AsRock H510M-HDV/M.2 bios ver: 2.20

RAM - Crucial 32gb DDR4

OS - Win 11

Any other info I can give

Can you try to install another windows? Make dual windows to make sure your data is still there.. also try to see monitor flickers when you open pc, during (press f2 to open bios) or inside bios itself, and see if it flickers that definitely a bad driver in windows and not the best, or setting..

I was in my bios a lot today trying to fix it and never saw it flicker but I’ll test it when I’m home. As well I’ll try run an OS off a usb for abit and see if that flickers.

The monitor does not flicker when boot.

Edit: I should also mention the monitor does not flicker on and off it has sections flicker which is why I think it’s my GPU

I ran my bios for an hour with no flickers and used tailsOS on a usb and recreating when it first happened with no issues.

This is good as it means is it some software messing stuff up but any ideas on how to fix it.
