New PC help

Hello gang, I am building t first PC. Parts are Motherboard: B650 Aorus Elite AX :CPU Ryzen 7 7800x3D GPU ASUS 7080 Super I hooked up everything like in the LTT 2024 build your PC video. I did the pre-test and everything worked fine. I finished the build and when I turned it on it powered up, but I got no visual display. Tested every cable everything looked fine but there was a red light on the mother board specifically the “boot” light. 
 

i took everything apart and attempted to do the pre-test again and this time, no visual display again and red boot light still on. 
 

I do not know/remember if red boot light was on during my initial, successful pre-test. Was just happy it came on. I also checked my CPU fit bent pins and found none. Going to clean thermal paste, hook up fans and try again. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
