Hello everybody

I recently purchased an upgrade for my system. The upgrades are:
1. CPU - Intel Core i7-14700KF
2. Mobo - Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX-W (Rev-1.0)
3. RAM - G.Skill DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6000 Mhz Trident Z5
4. Cooler - Be Quiet! Dark Rock 5
5. GPU - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB GDDR6X
And I've planned re-using my PSU - Corsair rm750 and old M2s and sata SSDs.

I was pretty sure that everything will go smoothly. But on the first boot and couple power cycles I was not able to get to BIOS.
Motherboard has 4 LEDs for errors and it is showing VGA error (as shown on a screenshot).

What I've tried so far (and it didn't work):
1. Reseated CPU, RAM, GPU
2. Removed all drives
3. Removed all mobo connections except CPU power and 24pin
4. Tried single RAM stick in all slots
5. Removing all USB peripherals

6. Updating BIOS via Q-flash (tried FG and F8 versions)
7. Swapping GPUs (used old 3060 which works perfectly and 4070 works as well since tested on old system)
8. Used DP and HDMI outputs
9. Swapping DP and HDMI cables

Each step was followed by test boot. And still not even able to bood into BIOS
If anybody had the similar issue or has any idea what can cause it and can help with resolving - I owe you beer and a kiss. I'm out of my mind after 6h of troubleshooting...
Thanks

UPD: I gave up and RMAd the mobo.

If you are getting a blank screen after booting up allow it to sit there until the BIOS screen shows up.

I just upgraded to a 14700k everything else stayed the same but I had the same error. VGA light with. I display. I swapped display ports in the GPU and still the same problem I let it sit there for about 10-15 minutes and the display came on. Everything is working now idk if it’s something with the CPUs on first boot or what

Forgot to mention that I left pc for around 20mins on a couple of times. I had similar issue in the past so I was patient about it

You mean you just inserted cable into different port?
