Second NVME SSD installation gone wrong!!

I have a 1tb nvme SSD i have been using it since i built the pc and it is the only SSD in the PC today i have gotten a new 1tb nvme ssd i installed it in m2_2 and my pc been having trouble launching into windows i am able to boot but as soon as i arrive to the windows lock screen the screen is teared and it freezes or restarts? Any idea what can be the issue? My BIOS is updated to the latest version. If it also boots into windows it is laggy and with some latency and eventually freezes or restarts.

Have you tried re-seating the drive?

 

I had an issue booting when I built my system because the top M.2 drive wasn't fully in the slot. Removing it and then pushing it in fully fixed the problem.

I tried and made sure it is installed correctly and even changed it to m2_3 still did the same.
