help with ( LF 820e 43c & n solid capacitor ) solid capacitor

Hi all i have been trying to find ( LF 820e 43c & n solid capacitor ) but can not find them or better ones and sorry it is on ( gigabyte gtx 960 2gb windforce 3 fan video card ) any help would be good thank you   looks like one is leaking fluid from the bottom of the cap

you said youself that its a solid capacitor, solid means no fluid

so this isnt a leak and you shouldnt worry about it
