Budget (including currency):  450€(EUR)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, PUBG, GTA 5, COD Warzone, God of War

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a Asus PRIME A520M-K motherboard and am thinking of buying a RTX 4060 and a power supply, but ofc i would also need a CPU to go with the graphics card and want to ask you guys what you think what CPU i should get and if I should get the RTX 4060. I need the PC to last me at least 5 years after the upgrade but I will mostly play Fortnite so it wont be a big deal.

What about ram? Does the 450 euro budget must include both gpu and cpu?

I'd say go with a 5600, it's enough for a 4060

Well I talked to a friend and I have good enought ram so he says it wouldnt be a problem. The thing is only the gpu and cpu would need upgrading but if I upgrade the GPU i would need to upgrade the PSU too. I think about getting the ryzen 5 5600x and the rtx 4060, it fits the budget and is  a great  upgrade

And one more thing, I put everything into the part picker website and it said i need 300W, is it true? Because I wouldnt need a PSU then since i have 400w and it would save me aa lot of money.

upgrade the PSU

What is the PSU you have? a 5600 and a 4060 aren't very power hungry. What's your unit's wattage?

Yeah. But just to be safe you grab a PSU with a few watts more, like a 400 or a 500.

cpu would need upgrading

What is the CPU you have now?

In a few minutes I'll throw something together. I'll include a CPU, PSU and GPU, if your PSU is decent enough I'd suggest putting the saved cash into a better GPU.

Sorry, few minutes turned out a bit more.
Anyway, here's what I could find:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/JzZyfd

Video Card: Asus DUAL EVO OC GeForce RTX 4060 8 GB Video Card  (€279.00 @ Alternate)

This is with a good PSU. However, if you can keep your old one, I'd say if it's in the 500W range, you can instead ditch the PSU, get a better gpu, like:

A 6750XT is quite decently better.
