i tried several times to format my drive to nfts in gparted in Ubuntu

but after I did this windows didnt recognize my drive again

Weird. Ubuntu detects the NTFS drive just fine, but Windows doesn't...

 

Again, did you see if the drive was detected in Disk Management?

Don't tell me to upgrade. I would've done so if I could.
