NAND flash memory has a data retention time of between 10 and 20 years without power and without use. Does a few or 1 write on this chip interfere with the data retention time without power and without use?

Is 10 to 20 years for 1 write stored in the long term or is it related to the number of writes?

If you want to archive something for dozens of years, look into M-discs.

Everything else is prone to degradation over time. While a BD-R M-disc 25GB/50GB/100GB should last your entire lifetime. And then some.

The data in nand is stored as a charge, it will leak, no matter what you do.

but depending on the storage temperature, it can leak faster, or slower.

depending on the nand type (MLC, TLC, QLC), the nand memory cell margin of error will have approximating 0.7V error, 0.3V error, or 0.1V error window ( don't remember the exact numbers ). 
depending on wear of the NAND, the more free charge will be trapped in isolation layer, and that can do different things depending on the nand type (FG, CTF etc ).

For now the assumption is you can somewhat safely store 5-10 year on MLC SSD, 3-5 years on TLC SSD, and 1-3 year on QLC SSD.
but that’s just the safety margin. The results are very dependent on the storage temperature, and nand type, and nand wear. 
 

short answer, don’t use ssd for cold storage, and if you do, store them in a freezer ( double foil bag, and a dehumidifier pack )
