downloading apps Downloading problem

Hi, i have issue with downloading, and i am looking for somenone to help me with that problem. 

I cant download apps from some pages like microsoft store, adobe and web browser (steam without this problem).

Info:

net +-300/300 Mb/s optic cable

Connected via wifi Tp-link wireless usb adapter AC600

Router [some huawei(czechia) from net provider]

I dont have any net problems during playing or watching videos or browsing

i do have space

Changing to phone hotspot doesnt help with issue

Other computer works right

i am playing dota no problem with latency or anything

only tv and two phones connected to wifi
