mix of used and new for something that isnt pathetic at this budget though you may also want to buy a used case to get it under 600$ which is an easy thing to cut a decent chunk of cost on

 

5600(x) are ~80$ used

6800 are 250-300$ used

rm850(x) or equivalent are ~50$ used

used cases can range from being outright free if someones throwing one away or a nicer case around the 20$ mark
