New pc planning feedback

I'm putting together a new build for a friend and made a list of components I think would work well. I'd love to get some feedback or suggestions on possible changes. His budget is around 12,000-13,000 DKK (about $1,400 USD).

I've already got an SSD for him, so that’s why it’s not on the list. I managed to convince him to go with a Ryzen CPU, though he wanted to stick with an NVIDIA GPU.
 

I know that the Noctua cooler might be a overkill but he really wanted it.
