I'm having a serious issue with my GPU drivers (GTX 1080 Ti). Until yesterday, everything was working perfectly, and I was able to play games with no issues. After a gaming session, I noticed there was an update available on GeForce Experience, so I started the download. However, the download didn't fully complete. In the middle of it, my screen suddenly turned green, and my PC crashed. Since then, every time I boot up, my PC crashes after about 30 seconds, showing different colors on the screen. I was able to start in Safe Mode, where everything worked fine, so I downloaded DDU and removed the drivers. I’ve tried reinstalling the drivers more than three times, including using different driver versions, but every time I do, the PC crashes during installation or soon after. Currently, I'm running the PC without GPU drivers and have paused Windows Updates because they keep trying to reinstall them, which causes the system to crash again. I really have no clue on what to do so any help would be appreciated!

Try and just reinstall  windows itself and see if that has an effect. The os itself may just need a refresh

The pc is recently formatted like a month ago and I downloaded only basic stuff. I have this pc like 3 years now and never had any problem without formatting once all these years until the previous month

I'd do a fresh Windows install anyway. Its the only way to be 100% sure your Windows installations isn't borked.

It does look like a GPU issue though but best to be sure.

Do you have another PC you can try the 1080ti in? If it works fine then its maybe something more sinister.

Does your current PC have another PCIe slot you can try?

Have you checked the PSU power cables? A bad PSU or cable can easily be the root cause of GPU problems.
