I recently got an Aorus 3080 Xtreme from Marketplace, and when I try plugging in 1 or 2 8 pins it turns on but isn't detected by system, and plugging in the 3rd makes the system not boot at all and gets stuck on VGA. Running the following:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x

MB: Aorus B650m Elite AX

PSU: Corsair RM750e

UPDATE: did just swap the power supply out for a 1050w and still the same issue. Do I just have a dead card?

Sounds like a dead card to me. Especially if it came from marketplace like that.
