Hi,

Here is the video of the problem. It randomly happens. Strange thing is that I sometimes had like small electro spike when touched the case. Changing position of hdmi cable sometimes change the intensity but not fixing it. Pretty much happens when case is warmer. How I see everything is connected fine. Never had this issue. I have this pc for long time. Only difference is that I had 22 inch monitor and was connected by dvi. Didnt have problem eith it. Now it is TV 32inch connected with HDMI.

if you get zapped upon touching the case, try ground your case by using a copper cable to connect it to your room's heating pipes. This should be the case used to ground accidentally, you can also try replacing the psu, or re-seating the motherboard and ensure nothing touches the case.

I had connected PS3 controller to pc. When I pulled out the charging cable it buzzed me, so I think that was the provlem withgh buzzing. Cus it is no longer buzzing. But the green thing still happends, how do you mean to ground my case.

Connect your case to ground to automatically discharge.

You can check https://www.howtogeek.com/895831/how-to-ground-yourself-while-working-on-a-pc/ for reference, the webpage tells you to ground yourself, in your case you need to ground your PC

Thanks, Sorry for late respond. Look what I have found when opened the case. This cable that is connected to the gpu have this, like black a bit and like its melted plastic, but Pc was in use not so long ago and it is cold. So dont know if that been before or it is causing the problem
