CPU: i7 4770k

GPU: Asus 780ti DC2OC

Motherboard: Z97 Deluxe

Ram:16gb

Setting up CPU cooling for now. Planning on doing motherboard and ram cooling next month or so. And later will get a second loop when I get another gpu.

Budget: No budget

Well it seems that seems a bit silly to only make a loop for the cpu first instead of just doing the entire thing now or whenever you have in mind for a date.

2 loops wouldn't make a difference it'd just advise you to get a h100i for your cpu then a kraken g10 for your 780 ti.

It doesn't feel like the effort put in is going to be the effort you get out, I'm sorry.

The problem is that I am waiting for the block for the new motherboard. I will get it right away when it available. And to be honest, closed loops dont look as good as custom ones. Im ready to anything with the custom loop. Just wanted to know if the thinkness of the XTX would provide better cooling than PE.

The Z97 motherboard have only been recently launched this month and I doubt any vendor like EK, xspc or anyone else will have a block for it very soon.

Yes aesthetics = a huge deal when watercooling but I don't get the last part of your question? are you referring to the thickness of a radiator?

Then I gotta do the cpu first and wait until they introduce it.

And yes, the thickness. Does it really matter?

I would wait to WC everything versus doing it bit by bit.

Thickness of a radiator does matter a lot for thermal dissipation over large surface areas.

30mm is standard however your get 45mm, 60mm and 80mm.

Normally the sweet spot is that 30/45mm, you can mount it to a case and normally have enough room for a 1or2 set(s) of fans.

size does matter when concerning the width & length of a radiator.

Has EK announced they're making a mobo block for the deluxe? Usually they stick to the RoG boards only.
