Minecraft Hypixel support

So i got banned from hypixel and i filled out a appeal in hte forums but it got denied (i didn't hack and idk why i got banned). I tried contaacting sb on the hypixel discord, but i cant link my account to the discord for whatever reason (i also tried unlinking my account and relinking it, but that resulted in me being unable to link to the forums for some 600000 seconds). Is there any other way of contacting the hypixel support so that i can explain my situation to them or at least get to know the reason for my ban (it says that i got banned for unfair game advantages, but i never installed any hack client or used a similar thing...)

You can try contacting Hypixel support by creating a ticket on https://support.hypixel.net/. But unless you can prove that you weren't gaining an unfair advantage (not just hacking but using some resource packs or mods) you might be out of luck.

i alr did but they said that it is impossible for them to change the ban if it has already been denied on the forums. then they just closed my post

yeah, but i still asked because there may be a way of directly contacting a mod or someone who has direct acces to /unbann... the chance is low but its even lower if i dont try at all
