Need help with temperatures

Hi, on the asus app the temps are setting at 26c & 32c for cpu & package but with HWMonitor am getting temps at  cpu 32c & cpu package at 32.6c.

My ? is why is the reading on asus app telling me my cpu is 26c when HWMonitor is at 32c even when i use afterburner i get the same temps on HWMonitor.

Asus app says it's 26c on the cpu but if you look at HWMonitor TMPIN3 you see the same temp.

So am a bit confused with the asus app.

My guess is ROG app reading CPU socket temp, which will be TMPIN3 in your HWMonitor.

I wasn't sure what was going on with the app temps.
