Auto Restarts Randomly...Please Help

What could be causing the "metadata staging failed" error 131 (fixed with regedit I think as not event viewer anymore bu this is. Error 100, and 1796 and loads of "warnings". Constant restarts just randomly. Just turned my PC and 7 seconds on desktop and then auto restart. Motherboard? I tested RAM, GPU, and PSU (replaced as was told was failing was from 2016) and thus far nothing has fixed it. Here event viewer if it helps determine. I have a specify URL if you would need that.

CPU: 7800x3D

MOBO: X670E asrock steel legend

RAM: Corsair Dominator 6000MHZ

GPU: Asus TUF RTX 4080

PSU: Lina LI Edge 1000W (brand new)

All on water.

CMT32GX5M2D6000Z36 unsure of version number. I believe it was in the motherboard QVL. Could that cause such an issue. Like not only restarting sometimes I lose internet just randomly as well. New cable might easy fix for that though.

The freezing and audio breaking to motherboard restart is very strange. I've never had so many issues with PCs as of late.
