New sound?

I just installed a new mobo upgrading from am4 to am5 and i have a new sound while running I am not sure if it is vibration or electrical and am worried if I should not have the computer on

That doesn't sound electrical to me.

Sound like something is vibrating.

You can try to hold the fans with your hand to see if it helps or hold the heatsink etc, to try and stop vibration to find the part creating this noise.
